1. Application for visa:
After the final selection, Gulf Asia Consultancy Ltd applies to the embassy of the destination country in Bangladesh for the visa of the migrant workers. If the country to which the workers will travel does not have an Embassy in Bangladesh, it is the responsibility of the employer to perform the visa issuing activities or any other permits required to enter the destination country.
2. Emigration formalities: Gulf Asia Consultancy Ltd arranges the emigration clearance from the concerned department of Government.
3. Ticket:
The employer may send PTA or the expenses of joining air tickets to Gulf Asia Consultancy Ltd to facilitate the traveling of employees to the destination country. If the employer does not provide the air tickets, migrant workers will have to pay the expenses for the plane fare.
4. Orientation before departure:
Gulf Asia Consultancy Ltd. RL-1805 arranges basic orientation program before the departure of the migrant workers and the employer may join the orientation session if available at the time of departure because Gulf Asia Consultancy Ltd prefers to inform the migrant workers about their duties, benefits, rules and regulations of the destination country.
